Hello all,
I am attempting to open a support ticket with Solarwinds via the customer portal. When I navigate to the page to submit the ticket I am directed to complete a form and submit to have a ticket opened. The issue I am experiencing is certain fields on the form are not displaying correctly (for me at least), I am seeing the following:
I mean its cool and all that these fields are required, but uhhh, what information do I enter here?
It could be a setting on my browser but all other pages in the customer portal seem to be working and displaying information just fine...
