I would like to say, that the "new" activation procedure of all products is a pain in the ass. All our servers are not connected to the internet and it is a lot more work to activate every server manually. From my point of view, the online activation requironment will be a reason, why i woll not by further products from solarwinds. Image may be NSFW.
