We are monitoring all Network gear from NPM and would love to open WHD tickets directly from NPM.
I downloaded a trial version of WHD and spent a couple of hours with a SW engineer trying to get this work, to no avail.
As is it right now, we have all of the information in NPM, such as Device Name, all of the interfaces on the device, Interface speed, interface description, plus any other interface custom properties such as, carrier, carrier contact, circuit ID, A location, Z location, etc...
I would love to have the ability to drill down to an interface, right click on it and open a ticket from there.
