After 8 years we started having problems sending email to Gmail, Yahoo, Live, etc, so I am trying to track down why after this long they have removed us from their whitelists (8 years ago I spent 6 months going through the painful process of going to each of the free email providers and putting our domain on their whitelists. Our emails that made them bounce are the paycheck stubs employees choose to have emailed from our Payroll program to their home email address.)
I generally start with DNSstuff.com.
The first 2 at the top were AHBL and AHBL IRCBL with a big red X.
I click it and it reads:

You are not authorized to access this page.
If I click the blue ! it reads:
As promised in April, on Jan 1st, 2015, i'll be wildcarding all zones no longer in operation - this includes rhsbl.ahbl.org, dnsbl.ahbl.org, and ircbl.ahbl.org. This means that these services will return positive responses for any queries.
If you are still using these services, this may cause you to incorrectly tag e-mail as spam, or create other unintended consequences. Fix and maintain your servers, now. Do not contact us about 'removing' your domain or IP address from our lists, as there is nothing we can do for you.
Please remove these guys from the DNSStuff.com list.
