Would it be possible to add the ability for users in Alert Central to administrate the On Call schedules? In the current version you require administrator access to administrate the schedules. If you have several supportgroups setup in Alert Central and you are single administrator, administrating the schedules would increase the workload way to much for the administrator. Giving the users this ability themselves would be a big positive. From a security point of view, giving users administrative rights in order to update their schedules will also give them the possibility to edit all users, schedules and groups. This is the right way to go.
