We have many request types for several different clients. Each client would like different email templates. The UI for managing email templates is challenging when managing many templates because the assigned request types are listed. I think it would be better to have a link to a UI similar to the report fields UI with available and selected options listed. That way the primary screen would be a grid of single rows sorted by the email template name.
