NPM v10.7 RCs pulled from Customer Portal

I was checking my SW account on the Customer Portal and noticed that the NPM v10.7 RC's are no longer listed under the Candidate Releases section.  Two possibilities that come to mind:

1. There is RC3 about to be posted, fixing issues found under previous two RC's 
2. There are no more issues encountered and so the GA version for v10.7 will soon be posted

Moderator... do you know anything about this?  If so, I would very much appreciate if you share w/us.
