I'd like to be able to customize the subject of emails that are sent to clients when tickets are opened, updated, etc. The default style isn't very user friendly and "messy". I'd like the cleaner look that we see when we submit tickets to SolarWinds, but I'm sure it's worth a range of options so that each helpdesk can customize for their needs.
