Help us with Avaya call troubleshooting.

Hi all,

 

it's been some time when we announced our work on Avaya call troubleshooting and quality monitoring. our work is in progress and before we will give you first beta, we would like you to help us validate our implementation of communication with your Avaya call managers.

Supported CM versions are S87xx, S88xxx, S83xx

 

Feel free to download it and follow these instructions:

 

1) run application

2. setup connection information:


- IP Address
: IP of the given Avaya Call Manager

- SSH Port: 5022 by default (that application uses SSH connection only, but the port can be edited)

- Login: login name to access the given call manger

- Password: password to access the given call manager (we do not store this information)

 

3. By clicking the Run button, the polling would start and text output is sequentially stored to Avaya_AA.BB.CC.DD_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.txt file.


4. Wait a sec. The file generation is completed once you see following status (Note: the process can take several minutes, please be patient):
