There are scenarios when a node goes down and is being worked on but there is not a valid eta.
It would be great for the noc to be able to place the node in a hibernate state that would be like unmanaged except would not have a end time to unmanage and would be labeled different that unmanage so the noc would know to follow up on these nodes repair status and to differentiate it from nodes that have unmanage end dates.
For those familiar with CA Spectrum, this is a functionality we had before cutting over to Orion. This would be great if someone could hibernate a node without node admin rights since we do not have granular user rights.
