Performance counter for SQL can't be found

Hi all ,

I am SQL DBA and monitoring SQL performance using SOLARWIND . The performance counter shows up and a few minutes later shows DOWN and keep behaving like that .

when the status is down ( it is said that performance counter can't be found )

I need this to be solved urgent . Any help would be appreciated
