Reporting application monitor assignment detail

Hi,

I have an application monitor consisting of multiple components each outputting multiple statistics assigned to about 20 nodes. Some nodes have some components disabled, and some nodes have template overrides so they supply more multiple statistics than others, complete with extra threshold settings.

I want to summarise all the assignments and component details into an 'easily readable' form eg. a spreadsheet or query. This is mainly so I can see where any template overrides have incorrect or missing thresholds. Can anyone help me?
