In my environment, all Solarwinds users have been set up to log in using their employee IDs. I find it of much help if we could have an additional field where we can fill both "User name" and "log in ID" this way it would be much easier to match names to IDs.
This issue came when we were trying to find out who had made some changes on Solarwinds website... We were able to get the employee ID who made the changes, then we had to send an email to find out whose number that was... there was no reply (cause that employee happened to be off that day) then we had to check with HR to get the name of that Employee ID..
How many votes does a feature require for Solarwinds to consider it?
