Dynamic Query needs to have negative conditions

Hi All,

I have found a lot of talks about it on forum... but no feature request item to vote for...

... so, I am doing it now.

The ability to negate any condition is a must.

At the moment we can only do "is not" and it is necessary to have all others others, such as "does not begin with", "does not end with", "does not contain", "does not match"
