We run an NPM instillation of 100's of nodes, a large amount of them on ADSL, due to the large amount of sites setting custom bandwidth is not feasible both due to changing line conditions causing the bit rate to change and also the large amount of sites.
At present we use a Universal Device Poller however Solarwinds advises me that these values cannot be set as the interface bandwidth or inserted in as Custom Bandwidth values.
It would be extremely useful for us to have this functionality, as it stands we end up with nodes showing utilization over 100% due to incorrect values and on the other end of the spectrum low utilization when the service is saturated.
I find it hard to believe we are the only customer who is experiencing this issue or uses the platform in this way, it's a massive feature gap.
