It would be very helpful to limit the Assigned Tech dropdown to only show other techs in your location group. As a company with multiple techs in multiple locations all using the same system the list can become quite cumbersome to navigate through to find the relevant tech.
The feature is somewhat already implemented under Setup > Tickets > Options > Limit Assigned Tech to Current Level > Limit Assigned Tech by Current Location. However it would be nice to be able to see all the techs across all levels of your tech group within your location group. This is particularly important for say a Level 3 tech who needs to de-elevate the ticket to a Level 1 tech.
