I would like the ability to customize or templatize outgoing escalation emails. Currently AC assumes that the escalation emails are going to a person and are formatted as such. I have a use case where I would be escalating emails to a ticketing system in which case I would like to apply a specific formatting to the email. I think that being able to create templates for emails (similar to it is done in LEM) and using the parsing engine already in AC would provide the ability to choose to escalate an Alert via email with a specific format to it, especially in the case of a manual escalation via the AC dashboard.
This is another feature that would be very useful when using AC in a NOC setting.
I would love to hear other thoughts or suggestions on this!
