Notify all contact in user escalation with multiple users on-call (BUG REPORT)

Currently when a step is taken during escalation, only first contact information of a user is used to notify when there are multiple users on-call.

 

Can we fix that to include all user contact information when notifying a user?

 

There seems to be a bug when contacting a user during an alert trigger. Users' ALL contact are not notified when an alert is triggered, only the primary contact is notified in a user profile.
