AppInsight for SQL uses the WMI credential by default, but I am monitoring by SNMP, so I have to set it for each node.
This is just a one time step per node and it's bugging me now because I am adding all of my SQL servers at once. In the future, I might not know why it isn't polling and go down some rabbit hole for something as simple as setting the credential.
If when you add it, it prompted for it, it would be a good compromise.
