First post on here so go easy!
Myself and my team of NOC engineers use Alert Central to monitor 10 customer pollers with various other email source inputs, one of which is our ticketing application.
Each operator has a view of AC on their screens we also use a high level (plasma) view that the service management and directors use to monitor service stability.
I would like to be able to tie audible alerts to each source, I see this being an extra step when adding individual Solarwinds / Email sources, upload an audio file of choice at time of setting up the associated rules etc.
