Custom Chart - Determine SQL query it is using

Using SAM 6.1.1, and I have some custom charts as resources.  I would like to get them off of UTC time though, as that is very annoying. 

I think I need to change my datasource to use SQL, but I am not sure of the commands for that.  Is there a way for me to see the SQL query the custom chart is already using?

Or, is there a way to not see the time in UTC?

The time of this screenshot is actually 1:50 PM, or about 5 hours off.
