Transaction Trigger condition request for alerts

Hey,

When configuring the alert trigger for transactions, I would like to be able to specify how many times a transaction can be "down" before triggering the alert. Today, the available option for approaching this is specifying the time the object can be DOWN before triggering the alert. That works fine with a network or application object that can be polled in a matter of seconds, unlike a transaction which can have a duration of several minutes and maybe only runs every 10-15min.

Maybe there is a way of doing this by specifying a time window somehow, but I can't say that would be 100% comfortable with that approach.

The other thing that would be useful is to have the option to trigger alert actions at a different time than the alert conditions. Let's say an application goes down during the night that would generate a dial page or SMS to a person that is on stand-by. The stand-by hours might be between 07:00-24:00, but the application might go down during the night. So in this case, you would like the alert triggered at 07:00 if the alert conditions occurs between 00:01 - 06:59. Today you can only disable alert actions at certain times, not delay them.

Rgrds,

Sizor
