NTA 4.01 column width cannot be resized in web interface, as in NPM 10.7?

First thing I tried to do with our NTA pages was scale them appropriately for display, using the extremely handy web interface controls in NPM 10.7 for setting column width, but I am not getting any pop-up controls for setting column width. Not available in NTA, maybe due to the collabsible side column for Flow Navigator?

It's a shame, because column width controls as in NPM are very useful.
