Currently, “FAQ Categories” can only be assigned to existing “Request Types” using “Use as FAQ Category”. We would like the ability to create “FAQ Categories” without needing to create “Request Types” for them. These categories would only be visible and selectable in the “FAQs” section of a Client login. They would not be available within the “Request” section of a Client login, as they are not “Request Types”. This will allow us to create FAQs that are not “tied” to a “Request Type”.
