This would be a brilliant addition to the tool, especially as you've added 'big' features like VNC that have allowed more and more support 'from the desk' without having to visit any machine.
Unfortunately, some software is only supplied in .ISO/DVD format (or I'm trying to install something older), necessitating a visit to a computer to pop the disc in the units drive. I've also had issues where the drive itself has failed.
I don't want to have to install a temporary instance of Virtual CloneDrive or Daemon Tools to get a virtual drive and there are no reliable portable DVD tools (especially for Windows).
