1. Currently we do not have a search field under Settings -> SAM Settings -> Manage Assigned Application Monitors -> Assigned Application Monitors

2. If I have to 'delete' a App Monitor Template for a specific node, I will have to either filter it by Group by or manually check for the same under the list.
3. If a Search filed is added onto this page it would be relatively easy for us to find the App Monitor Template.
