It would be nice to not have to continually parse the Route Plan Reports on Cisco Communications Manager to find open DIDs. I have spoken with our VAR and the engineers tell me that many of their customers "develop your own interface using AXL/SOAP to run custom queries etc and plug those into a database that interfaces a web page."
If we could build a custom query into solarwinds and make that a resource under the Call Managers, I would have a quick reference for the number of used/available DIDs, individual DID#s available for assignation....etc.
I haven't seen any custom reports in the contentexchange for this and I was not able to find anything out of the box for this either.
