as it is write in $SUBJ. In network atlas i would like to see links reflecting alarms on links, link utilisation etc.
my proposal is following:
-external event can triger color, label change.
-link metric should offer link utilisation, and display % utilisation of link by color & text
this is very important, so we do not have to use external tool ( weather map )
