Good Morning All,
I believe that a good feature that should be looked at would be the ability to send SMS notifications on calendar events, at the moment you can get sms notifications on alerts or priority level of the ticket, it would be nice to be able to have the SMS notifications available for calendar events that are to occur within a given period (1 day, 7 days, 14 days etc)
